Meet the Founder
My love for interior design and thoughtfully organized spaces began long before Elevated Design became a business. For years I found myself naturally creating order, beauty, and functionality in the environments around me. Whether that meant reorganizing family kitchens and closets, redesigning rooms in homes, or refining the spaces I lived in myself.
One of the most formative experiences in shaping my approach to design was restoring and remodeling a home that was more than 100 years old. Working on a property with that much history taught me the importance of maintaining the integrity and character of a space. Rather than replacing everything, I learned to recognize what could be refreshed, refined, or reimagined. Sometimes the best design decisions come from working with what already exists and bringing it back to life.
That philosophy continues to guide my work today. Not every space needs to be completely redone to feel elevated. Often, thoughtful organization, strategic updates, and careful presentation can transform a home while preserving the elements that make it special.
Professionally, my background in hospitality and real estate has given me a strong understanding of how environments influence experience. Before entering real estate, I worked in hospitality where I was involved in redecorating and refining hotel environments, including contributing to the transformation of a remodeled property. These experiences reinforced the importance of presentation, flow, and the subtle details that make a space feel welcoming.
Outside of my professional work, design and organization have always been a natural part of my life. I’ve reorganized family kitchens, closets, garages, and living spaces to create systems that function better for everyday life. I’ve redesigned rooms to feel more comfortable and intentional, and for the past seven years I’ve lived and worked in a tiny home, an experience that deepened my appreciation for efficient, purposeful design.
Elevated Design grew from these years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for creating spaces that work beautifully for the people living in them. Whether preparing a home for the market, helping a family declutter and reset their space, or staging a property to highlight its best features, my goal is always the same: to elevate a space while honoring what already makes it special.
